ROLE: Relationship ManagerDEPARTMENT: Priority Banking
SCOPE OF ROLE:You will acquire, grow and deepen Priority Customer relationships through effective relationship management, with special focus on the analysis and satisfaction of Priority Customers personal financial as well as investment needs and objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHALLENGES:
Achieve new business and customer acquisition goals.
Source and call on individual prospects as well as organize and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other organizations within the assigned branch(es).
Relationship management of existing Priority Banking customers in accordance with established Relationship Management standards.
Actively participate in Priority Banking marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
To actively allocate clients portfolio in accordance to their needs in investment as in UT, FX and Insurance.
To ensure aggressive sales targets for all relevant products is met, in addition to meeting client service quality standard levels set by the bank.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Degree holder with relevant sales experience. Those with good sales track record will be at an advantage.
Non-banking applicants with wide network of high net worth contacts are welcome to apply.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of people, often in complex and difficult situations.
Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness.
Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements.
REMUNERATION
Basic Salary with commission and performance bonus payout
