Job Description:
-Company: AmFraser Securities Pte Ltd
-Duties:
*First incumbent will:
-Handle abroad range of treasury functions which include cash management, foreign exchange transactions and monitoring of foreign exchange exposures.
-Monitors and maintains the Company’s CFD portfolio.
-Prepares daily reports to the authorities and periodic financial/accounting reports.
*Second incumbent will:
-Work in a team fully responsible for the Accounts Payable function including but not limited to managing and sorting large volumes of sales contracts/contra/set off statements and effecting payment accurately and in a timely fashion.
-Oversee the day-to-day operational finance areas in accounts payable including financial reconciliations, internal control functions and training of staff.
Requirements:
-Accountancy graduates or hold relevant professional accounting qualifications with good numerical/communication skills and be familiar with MS Word and Excel software applications.
-Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
-Candidates with stock broking experience preferred.
-Requires a keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind.
-Need to have a flexible and dedicated approach towards work coupled with a sense of professionalism at all times.
