Job Description:
-Location: Robinson Road
-To assist the Senior Branch Officer and Branch Manager in ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations in the branch
-Perform the role of Chief Cashier
-Handle over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals/ Safe Deposit Box/ Loan Receipting
-Assist in customers' enquiries and ensure delivery of excellent customer service
-Perform Teller's duties when required
Requirements:
-Minimum GCE 'O' level
-1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in the Banking and Finance industry will be an advantage
-Team player with good service aptitude
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Passion for delivering excellent service with customer-first mindset
-Meticulous and with an "eye" for details
-Able to communicate with our chinese/ dialect speaking customers
