Job Description:
Location: Raffles Place
Responsibilities:
Underwrite new and renewal business in accordance to the Company’s strategies and guidelines
Ensure growth and overall profitability on intermediaries’ portfolio assigned
Provide service to intermediaries allocated and conduct regular visitations to establish and enforce good business relationships
Service renewal business and ensure minimal lapse ratio of profitable business. Ensure a retention KPIs are met. Ensure customer service standards are met at all times
Assist in credit control whenever necessary
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business
Recognized insurance qualifications
3-5 years of relevant working experience
Good network and rapport with agencies
