Job Description:
Finance Executive (SAP System preferred)
Salary: SGD 2600 - 3200 + AWS & VB
Location: Bukit Timah area
Responsibilities:
Verify invoices for payments and claims for reimbursement
Follow up on outstanding balance sheet items, such as AR, AP and commitments
Verify accounting entries of receipts before posting
Prepare journals for adjustments
Review budget performance and analyze variances
Consolidate monthly financial reports of all units of the School
Perform other ad hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Accountancy
2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of SAP system is preferred
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
Applicants should be Singaporean or Singapore PR holders only
2 years contract renewable with full benefits
5 days working week
