Junior Relationship Director
General Description For the client segment banks and regulated brokers in the APAC region we are looking for a Junior Client Relationship Director to support our existing team in the region.
The Relationship Management Bank for Bank's team is a global organization and acts as the Competence Center for Financial Institutions. One of our main tasks is to gain clients' and internal partners' recognition by thorough market knowledge, understanding of client needs and delivering the best quality of services. We supply expertise, market insight, state-of-the-art technologies and a comprehensive selection of ancillary services, all backed by a dedicated team of experienced professionals and internal product partners.
Roles and Responsibilities Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Support Client Relationship Directors (CRD) in managing their client portfolio
- Conduct relationship review meetings with the decision-makers within the respective institutions and lead strategic dialogues with in- and external clients
- Building strong internal networks with business partners from the Investment Bank, Asset Management and Wealth Management
- Together with our product partners develop customized solutions to further increase the share of wallet with existing clients and maintain frequent and intensive dialogue with our internal product specialists
- Manage and develop an own portfolio of clients (including some travel activities) and acquisition of new clients Desired skills and qualifications Our ideal candidates should have the following requisites:
- 2 Or more years of relevant work experience in handling relationships to financial institutions
- University degree or well-founded banking knowledge with corresponding work experience
- Chinese and/or other Asian language skills
- Analytical, conceptual and entrepreneurial thinking
- Good communication and language proficiency skills in English and Chinese. Fluency in another Asian language is beneficial
