Job Description:
Perform conformity checks on the credit terms under the facility and security agreements against the credit approval terms and conditions, and to escalate to management where there are discrepancies.
Perform a review of the completeness and acceptability of the legal documents for the lending business and ensuring that follow-up actions are taken by the business line
Register security records in the Bank's system
Data input relating to legal agreements and security
Vaulting and safe custody of original security documents
Prepare reports relating to monitoring of incomplete/ missing legal agreements providing information of security value for reporting purposes
Consult Legal Dept for advice on specific legal points
Requirements:
Must have a degree
Minimum of 5 years of documentation experience in drafting/ reviewing facility agreements and reviewing security documents (relating to credit facilities for structured trade facilities, working capital facilities, aircraft financing and ship financing
