Job Description:
You will ensure and control delinquent dollars flow through for all loan products; ensure all collections activities are diligently carried out and any processes are in compliance to existing policies and guidelines; and ensure minimum productivity performance benchmarks are met and achieved. In addition, you will work in close conjunction with the supervisors and team leaders in ensuring dunning activities are carried out diligently; and ensure targets set are met and achieved.
Requirements:
You should be a graduate with 1 year of relevant working experience. Other prerequisites include good communication, negotiation, probing and analytical skills. You should have a persistent attitude as well.
