-Responsibilities:
Administration Support of In-house Management Trainee and Consumer Financial Services training programmes:
Manage administration of training programmes
Track and manage completion of training schedules in accordance to training plan
Liaise with trainers and staff on training schedule and training logistics
Source & book training rooms and any necessary equipment
Notify participants of confirmed sessions
Respond to all queries from staff and trainer
Create and manage attendance register
Manage the course evaluation process
Source alternative training options for participants who cannot attend scheduled dates
Create and collate training data for management reports
Provide briefing sessions to CFS management trainees
Manage and ensure compliance for CMFAS reimbursement claims
Ad-hoc administration to assist support officers
Requirements:
Diploma in HRM or HRD
Good communication skills (written & spoken).
Good interpersonal skills with service excellence mindset.
Analytical, meticulous, ability to multi-task.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
