Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development, you will be part of a team that monitors and manages the Group’s existing investments, including those overseas; and identify and evaluate potential strategic investment opportunities; and negotiate, execute and complete investment transactions. This is a regional role.
Requirements:
A good University degree preferably in Accountancy, Business, Banking or Finance;
Minimum 8 years working experience, preferably with regional roles
Some experience in commercial banking, esp in areas such as corporate banking, consumer banking, financial institutions or risk management;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
High level of drive and initiative, with strong interpersonal skills;
Work experience in investments, M&A, private equity or corporate finance will be a distinct advantage;
Proficient in Mandarin;
Role covers regional portfolios, ability to travel is required
