Job Description:
Assist RM in handling client from the Malaysia market
Support Relationship Managers in the day-to-day management of client relationships
Handle account opening/closing
Manage clients accounts, transmission of orders (purchase and sale of securities, transfers, cheques clearing, cash transactions, renewal of term deposit, etc) and execution controls
Manage and organize contacts for the Relationship Manager ( appointments, meetings, business trips)
Preparation of documentations e.g. loan documents, compliance, account opening forms, etc.
Other Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in a related discipline (Accounting/ Banking/ Finance)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Private Banking Support roles
Good Team player and Communication skills
