Head of Training & Competency - IFA Company
Location: Raffles Place
Responsibilities:
To achieve IFA’s and Business Partnership’s sales objectives.
To develop, implement and maintaining a robust Sales Capability framework
To design and implement Sales and Marketing Corporate Leaning and Development Plan
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline and/or professional insurance qualification
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in insurance industry (will also consider candidates with MAS background)
Strong understanding of Life Insurance & CIS
Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business
Meticulous and results-oriented, with the ability to strive in a fast-paced work environment
