Bank Acquisition Team Manager
5 days work week
Location: Near Novena MRT
Responsibilities:
You are required to lead internal telesales team to achieve the team sales target including Cards & Personal Overdrafts. This can be achieved by maximizing acquisition/ referral opportunities and providing quality customer service through various campaigns.
Train sales team to ensure competency and collaborate with Regulatory management, Group Compliance, Legal and other business units to achieve business excellent and compliance.
Ensure sales team complies with the service standards set by the bank and the regulations set by the various governmental agencies.
To prepare sales report gathered from the team to the relevant departments
Requirements:
At least 2 years of related working experience;
Strong analytical and process driven skill;
A team player who is able to work independently;
Strong leadership, people management & interpersonal skills
