Job Description:
Assistant Manager, Loans - Credit Cards
Location: Raffles
Responsibilities:
Implement new initiatives for balance transfer and term loan product marketing and drive the team to achieve its business target
Develop business strategies and marketing plans for balance transfer and term loan products and deliver the key performance indicators for the credit card business.
Enhance current system infrastructure and settings to increase customer penetration.
Analyze market and customers information, profit dynamics and business opportunities for various profit enhancement programs
Launch new products and enhance existing products to maximize business opportunities
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree holder with minimum 5 years of credit cards banking experience, preferably in Credit Card Loans & balance transfer
Good knowledge of Unsecured Loans / Credit Cards
Sound knowledge of the various credit cards systems such as Cardpac / Cardlink / AS400
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Possess an analytical mind
Must be an organised person who does good planning, budgeting and administration
Able to work under pressure
