Job Description:
Compliance Officer (Credit Card / Bank)
Location: North-West
Responsibilities:
Conduct compliance and fraud/AML training for staff
Prepare management report
Oversees all aspect of Card Risks Management
Submissions to regulators and compliance authority
Assess risk and compliance requirements for new and existing product lines
Identify key risk and compliance indicators and devise monitoring mechanism to mitigation measures
Supervision over AML checks
Assist in internal and external audits
Conduct due diligence and review of new merchant application.
Requirements:
a proven track record demonstrating leadership skills and experience
able to work independently
relationship-building skills
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
demonstrated professional integrity, maturity, and judgment
familiar with payment schemes operating manuals and requirement
Ability to identify new and emerging fraud trends
Ability to identify indicators through analysis to maintain and update fraud rules and parameters.
Ability to make accurate, independent and fast decisions based on data provided.
