Head of International Banking
As Head of International Banking, you will be responsbile for the development of the bank's international operations in Consumer & Commercial banking. You will define the strategy for the region and implement a successful, profitable expansion of banking capability outside of the national market through the development of a high performing teams. Your remit will include:
Executive leadership of consumer and commercial banking within international markets.
Expansion of consumer and commercial clients through an effective Front Office infrastructure.
Consistent delivery and execution of transactions, products and services through collaboration and development of Finance Operations.
Requirements:
As a key figure in the leadership team, you will have a successful track record in developing and expanding banking operations across international markets in Asia. Amongst exceptional leadership qualities, you will need to demonstrate competence in the development of banking products and services that give competitive advantage in the Asian market. Fluent in Mandarin & English (to liaise with associate) with experience in a leadership position in Consumer & Commercial Banking from a multinational banking organisation.
Ability & right to work live and work in Malaysia.
Strong international banking markets knowledge (consumer, commercial, private, investment) across the Asia Pacific region.
Successful track record of driving growth in banking businesses with front office and operations activity.
