Job Description:
Financial Institution - Payment Officer, GIRO Processing
Salary: SGD 1800 - 3000
Location:Central
Responsibilities:
Perform daily operations for GIRO processing in FPMS and Navisys
Processing GIRO applications
Change payment frequency/methods
Create APL/Loan repayment
Send letters for applications rejected by the banks
Perform system testing for enhancements/defects
Other duties assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree holders
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in GIRO processing
Possess a customer service oriented personality
Great team player who is organized and meticulous
Able to multi-task and prioritize duties according to importance
