Job Description:
Customer Service in Bank
Basic salary: $1,800 - $2,500 (Base on qualifications and experience)
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Duties:
- Providing professional customer service and answering to general enquiries
- Handling with customer complaints and feedback, providing prompt and appropriate response to such cases.
- Able to provide solutions to customers and to direct customers to relevant channels when necessary.
- Address queries from policyholders regarding their insurance plans
- Assistin in internal and external correspondence
Requirements:
- Training provided
- Customer service experience preferred
- Looking for someone who is customer oriented, comfortable on the phone and good communication skills.
- Upon short listed, training will be provided to ensure proper guidance is given
- Singaporeans & Permanent Residents only
