Product Manager - Loans, Trade, Accounts & MIS – Business Banking

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, planning and developing various loans, trade and deposit related products offered to the SME segment. Working with various parties in the Bank, you will build business strategies, define requirements based on customers’ needs as well as manage competitor benchmarking and market research to enhance existing products or develop new products. This role will also include the monitoring of financial performance and holding responsibility for SME product channels.
Through proactive communication programs, internal workshops and seminars, you will ensure clear understanding of our product capabilities across various business units. You will conduct competitor and industry analysis to keep abreast of competition.
MIS reporting and product analysis to track utilization, trends and other analytical studies will also be required of this role.
Requirements:
Minimally a polytechnic or equivalent diploma in Banking/ Business Administration/Accounting/Economics with at least 3 years of relevant working experience and sound knowledge of SME business, especially in Loans, Trade and deposit products
Strong analytical and project management skills and proficient in VBA, MS Access, Excel and PowerPoint
Highly motivated self-starter and strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Sound knowledge of loan products and good understanding of financial markets and trends
Well informed about best market competition/practices with strong business acumen
