Job Description:
Acquisition Relationship Manager, CIMB Preferred (Offshore)
Location: Central
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for identifying strategic business opportunities in order to acquire new customers for CIMB Preferred Singapore. You will also create and nurture strong relationships with CIMB Preferred to increase cross border referrals to Singapore and assist them in meeting their referrals targets in order to help us generate targeted revenue.
You will be required to be proactive in identifying leads for new opportunities and increase our offshore base of banking clients to achieve acquisition targets. Conducting regular briefings to our counterparts in the region to keep them abreast of products and services that Singapore can offer will also be part of your responsibilities. Travelling may be required.
Working closely with the product team, you will provide customized banking solutions that cater to the needs of our customers. You will alsoassist the Relationship Managers to deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution.
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in clients acquisition
Strong communication & presentation skills, excellent negotiation, closing and follow-up skills
Strong understanding of financial, compliance and regulatory requirements in ASEAN countries is an added advantage
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with associates. Ability to converse in Bahasa is a must for Offshore Acquisition RM (to liaise with associates)
Possess the relevant sales experience with certifications e.g. CLI, CGI, HI,M5, M6, M8 and M9 will be an added advantage
Must be able to travel within the region for business opportunities for offshore Acquisition RM
