Job Description:
Receptionist cum Admin Executive
Location: Central
Duties:
Attending to walk-in visitors and customers
Answer and screen incoming telephone calls and to transfer to the appropriate person
Handle incoming and outgoing mails
Attend to and arrange for courier services
Packing of brochures and related materials for events and exhibitions
Stock taking and ordering of stationary and pantry items
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
O levels and above
At least 2 – 4 years of related receptionist / administrative experience, preferably from the banking and finance industry
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Well groomed and presentable
Excellent command of English
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Able to work well under pressure
Good telephone etiquette and time management skills
