Location: Ang Mo Kio Branch
Responsibilities:
Handle over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals/ Safe Deposit Box/ Loan Receipting/ Fixed Deposits
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service
Requirements:
Relevant experience preferred
Passion for delivering excellent service oriented with customer-first mindset
Team player with pleasant personality
Able to communicate with our Chinese/ dialect speaking customers
