Job Description:
Analyst Assistant - Finance
Company: Diners Club (S) Pte Ltd
Responsibilities:
Assisting to coordinate with various subsidiaries for various reporting (Budget, forecast, Actual monthly results, quarterly marketing budgets)
Assist to review and highlight/analyse variances
Assist to update various statistic reports/Agreement s files
Assist to perform some internal audit functions
Assist to perform ad-hoc assignments/projects (relates to various work/process efficiency enhancement.
Requirements:
Diploma holder from Polytechnic
1 to 2 years of auditing/accounting experience in small/medium public accounting firm (Fresh graduate is welcome to apply)
MS Excel Skills (Pivot table & Charts, advance functions (eg. vlookup, match, index)is an added advantage
MS Access skills (eg. Create tables, queries, forms) is an added advantage
VBA in Excel/Access is an added advantage
Meticulous, able to work under tight deadlines
