Job Description:
Bank Officer or Bank Executive (Operations)
Responsibilities:
1. Trade Services Department:
Daily trade operations processing ( L/Cs & collections including payment)
L/C confirmation, bills discounting
Import & Export document checking
Correspondence
Reports
2. Remittance and Deposit Department
Reporting to the Department Head, the incumbent will
1. Handle day to day transactions relating to
Inward and outwrd remittance via SWIFT and MEPS
Issuing of demand draft and cashier's order, autocheques
Inward/Outward eGIRO
Investigation of interbank non-cover of funds and unmatched nostro items
2. Foreign Exchange quotation on behalf of customers for inward and outward remittanc
3. Inward / outward Cheque Clearing (USD/SGD)
4. Handle both internal & external customers' queries
5. Prepare reports (daily, monthly & term reports)
6. Participate in any project implementations
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Banking or Finance or related discipline
Min 3 years of relevant working experience
For position (1), candidates must be able to work in public holidays if necessary
Ability to handle high volume & pressure
Ability to multi task
Strong Microsoft Office skills
