Head, Ops and Support (Remedial Management)

Responsibilities:
 Manager, Operations & Support (Remedial Management) As part of the Remedial Management, you will oversees and supervise the preparation of regulatory and management reports (NPL and related areas) and ensure reports are completed and submitted within stipulated timeline. You will lead and direct the presentation of NPL-related data & statistics, including conducting trend analysis. In additions, you will report and manage the overall cost position through periodic cost control checks and measures. Periodic review of existing processes to achieve efficiency will form part of your role.


Requirements:
 Degree in Business or its equivalent disciplines.
 Min 8 years of relevant banking experience
 Excellent flair for numbers, meticulous and possess strong analytical skills
 Demonstrated leadership qualities and resourcefulness
