Position 1. Deposit Dept
Cheque clearing and processing (Cheque Division)
Process Fixed or Current accounts opening or closing. (Fixed/ Current Account Divison)
Data Entry & Filing
Position 2. Loans Dept
Process Loans and Banker's Guarantee
Data Entry and filing
Position 3. Remittance Dept
Process Remittance
Data Entry and filing
Position 4. Treasury Dept
Doing Money Market/ Interest rates update.
Data entry, currency price update
Fast Pace environment
MUST BE METICULOUS & CONFIDENT WITH NUMBERS.
Position 5. Import and Export Department
Process and typing Letters of Credit.
Shipping Experienced welcome and prefered.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
Position 6. Accounts Department
Process AP accounts. (knowledge of Basic accounts - Credit & Debit is a MUST)
Liaise with vendors with AP accounts.
Data entry, filing and ad-hoc duties required.
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
