Bank Customer Service Officer

Job Description:
-First point of tele-contact between bank and customers
-Handle in-bound calls and to answer to customers' queries about the bank's various products and services (no sales involved)
-Problem-solve and seek solutions to customers' enquiries
-Escalate / re-direct problems when appropriate
-Deliver personalised service over the telephone to customers on various banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
-Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
-Deliver quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
-Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
-Be trained on the bank's products and services to provide excellent service to customers
-Salary & benefits: $1800 - $2800 monthly salary + shift allowance + Perm staff benefits (annual leave+bank compliance leave+medical leave) + Medical benefits


-Minimum 5 O'Level passes (with relevant work experience); Diploma (fresh grads) and above
-Prior experience in customer service, retail, promoter, or other service related industries will be an advantage.
-Applicants must be willing to work in East / Alexandra
-A pleasant voice, positive telephone manners
-Attentive listening and communication skills
-Good command of oral and written English
-Proficient in PC skills including MS Office applications
-Ability to work shift (last shift ends at 1am)
-Applicants should be Singaporeans or Singapore PR
-Attractive Salary + allowances
-Able to start immediately
