Job Description:
-Interact with bank's variety of customers and assist them in their respective banking queries
-Handle high volume over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals in an efficient and accurate manner
-Ensure Bank’s service delivery stanards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
-Perform all banking activities in lieu with internal and external regulatory MAS requirements
Requirements:
-GCE ‘A’ or ‘O’ level
-Self-motivated team player with a good service aptitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good Attitude
-Able to work fast and to be accurate at work
-Passion for delivering excellent service by having a customer-first mindset
-Meticulous and good with numbers
-Open to doing shift work and working over weekends if assigned to branches with extended operating hours
-Able to work Airport
-Able to commence immediately
