In this role, you will champion the department’s needs-based sales culture to build and expand client relationships through the delivery of specially designed products, high quality sales and after-sales services.With a focus on wealth creation and preservation for your customers’ portfolios, you will build a highly-valued relationship bond with the client by your thorough understanding of your client’s financial needs, and by recommending a well-matched product package via a needs-based client assessment process.

**Your Responsibilities.
Financial Advisory portfolio
-Private Clients’ Wealth Management & Equity Investment portfolios
-Group and Employee Benefit Consultancy
-Corporate / Institutional and high net-worth clients for structured products.
-To manage, motivate and supervise FARs placed under your care.
Requirements:
-Entrepreneurial, ambitious and result-oriented.
-Independent performer with good networking skills and a team-player.
-Motivated and have a high level of drive for sales excellence.
-Hold a Degree with at least 1 year of sales experience in a financial environment, or a Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in an insurance supervisory role.
-Accredited with CMFAS Modules 1A, 5, 6, 8, 9, CHI, and CGI.
-Able to manage a team of Financial Advisory Representatives assigned to / recruited by you.
