Payroll Analyst (Citibank)

Job Description:
-Manage the payroll to ensure complete and timely submission of payroll instructions to the payroll vendor
-Perform HRMS and SAP data analysis to identify errors and their solution to ensure for accurate data quality
-Manage and deliver all key components relating to payroll reporting as required by the franchise as well as being the main focal point for all general ledger and accounting related queries within the payroll group.
-Deliver standard Singapore payroll statutory calculations and contributions for CPF; NS Leave to ensure complete documentation (Form SAF100) for NS Claim processing; IR21 for clearance of tax directives within given deadlines; manage and calculate employment fund refunds; etc
-Deliver required records to validate payroll changes and validate payroll processing of US FICA contributions.
-Team leader and coach to more junior team members.


Requirements:
-Preferably possess a Degree or minimum Diploma
-5 to 8 years’ payroll experience, with experience in outsourced payroll vendor management.
-Good understanding of payroll processes and computations, and be well conversant with financial payroll accounting rules and requirements. Full knowledge of local employment acts, laws and legislations.
-Exemplary customer service skills, able to handle high volumes of work, adaptable to changes, meticulous with an eye for detail, and proficient in the use of workstation applications.
-Self motivated, reliable, proactively seek opportunities to make changes, manage your time and be able to communicate with people at all levels.
-Possess good analytical and interpersonal and communication skills
-Advanced computer skills
