Job Description:
-Responsibilities:
Process, review and assess account applications for individuals, companies and financial institutions
Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD), including KYC principles, ie. Signature verification, phone verification, etc
Liaise with Trading Representatives (TR) and the various departments on the processing of the account application
Attend to account-related matters such as update of particulars, follow-up with customers for additional information/clarification, etc
Uphold service standards by ensuring prompt turnaround for all account applications and service requests and consistent quality of the forms/requests processed
Identify and drive process improvements, to ensure excellence in customer experience, timely delivery of services, optimum productivity and effective management of resources
Support OSPL’s marketing activities such as roadshows and promotions
-Positions Offered:
Permanent Customer Service
6 months Contract Customer Service
3-6 months Temp Customer Service
-Salary:
$2800 (For Perm/Contract) $7-$8 (For Temp) (Max; based on experience)
-Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)

Requirements:
-Diploma holder
-Min 2-3 years working experience
-Customer centric / Strong customer service mindset.
-Ability to work under time pressure on routine functions
-Meticulous and well organized
-Good communication skills and able to interact well with customers and sales-persons
-Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time
-Self-motivated, initiative and a good team player
