-Responsibilities:
Very familiar with Forfaiting, BCF (Buyer’s Credit Financing) in both primary originating market as well as secondary buy and sell market.
Very familiar with MRPA (Master Risk Participation Agreement), knowing the buy and sell appetite of FIs in the region on FI Trade transactions (capability of sales and distribution on FI trade transactions)
Require to visit Banks in India or other countries in the region to establish relationship with the selected Banks, as well as establish trade lines, a reciprocal lines, trade line we given to FIs and requesting banks lines from FIs given to us.
Capability in drafting a regional FI strategy paper on Trade business is preferable
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years relevant FI experience in financial institutions
Proven track record
Good network with other FIs in the region
Experience dealing with trade finance facilities such as LC advising, LC reimbursement, clean BA refinancing and trade related payment, UPAS, Buyers Credit, promissory notes financing and etc.
Negotiation skill and establish MRPA with new counterparty banks.
