Job Description:
To follow up on all pending credit card applications.
To work on all cancelled credit card applications and convert them into successful card applications.
To work on all incomplete applications from Alternate channels
To cross sell credit cards into partners or merchants customer base.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of credit cards features
Experienced in credit card sales.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Good follow up skills
Must be an organised person who can complete work within timelines
Able to work under pressure
