Job Description:
Trade Finance Officer-Bills
Salary: SGD 4000 - 4800
Location: Central
Responsibilities:
Processing of LCs issuance (Back to back, Front to back, Transferable and SBLC), Import bill, Trust Receipt, Shipping Guarantee, Inward/Outward Collection bills, Fixed Deposit, Export bills negotiation and discounting, LC Confirmation and payment of import/export documents, L/C Advising
Processing of Account Opening for Corporate A/C
Processing of Inward/Outward remittances
Preparing daily/weekly/monthly report. Act as first checker for Import/Export LC documents. Input the transactions in IBS/SGFS/Summit System
Other duties as assigned by the Team Head
Requirements:
"A" Level or Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
Good understanding of Trade Finance products
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
Proficiency in software application
Knowledge of UCP 600
Knowledge of Account Opening for Corporate A/C
