Permanent Bank Teller


Responsibilities:
Based at one of many branches island-wide, you will report to the Customer Service Manager. You will be responsible to provide excellent counter banking services and assistance to customers' enquiries.
To deliver an excellent service experience to our customers
To process all daily branch transactions accurately and efficiently
To assist customers in their enquiries and handling of feedbacks
To introduce self-service and automated banking channels to customers
To perform all banking activities in accordance with regulatory requirements
Working Hours
Mon to Sun 10.30am to 8pm (5 days/week inclusive of weekends)
 


Requirements:
You should possess at least 3 GCE 'O' level credits (including English and Mathematics)
You should be a service-oriented individual and have good communication and interpersonal skills
1-2 years working experience in a Financial Institution is an advantage. Experienced Individuals from other service industries with a passion in service and banking may also apply
Effectively bilingual in English and a second language. The ability to understand a local dialect is an advantage
You should be willing to be based at any branch location in Singapore
