Personal Banker (Fresh Grads)
Location: Central
Responsibilities:
This award winning banking firm offers insurance, credit cards and investment products and services. They are expanding their sales team aggressively and have been marketing their products through various promotions and events.
As a Personal Banker, you will deepen banking relationships with their existing customers through providing advisory services on investment/insurance and asset products as well as secure sales on various banking products like Deposits, Unit Trusts, Bonds or insurance via the telephone or in person. The incumbent will also comply with policies and procedures to ensure security of the bank’s and customer’s assets, providing efficient and effective customer service management to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Preferred qualifications will be at least a diploma in any field and candidates with CFMAS modules/certs will have an added advantage. You must also be comfortable in a sales orientated environment and ideally possess good communication /interpersonal skills.
